Bowcourt commenced business in the 1940's as letterpress printers. By 1946 it had expanded its print operation and added an office products division. The company continued to grow and acquired a license to print and supply Export Invoice Forms. In the mid 1950's Bowcourt started to manufacture analysis pads distributed throughout the UK to many leading accountants and this continues today.

In the late 1960's Bowcourt added offset litho to its printing presses and the printing side of the business grew rapidly supplying print for leading advertising agencies and many of the top companies in the UK.

In 2008 the Managing Director Ivan Court retired from the business, which he then sold to Quicks Ltd. This included the manufacturing plant and the Bowcourt brand.

Ian and Jeremy Quick now own and manage the business and continue to manufacture the Bowcourt analysis pad range to the same exacting requirements.
